The Strandgut building features 4 three-room apartments, each approximately 70 square metres in size, with spacious balconies or terraces, as well as an exclusive, sun-drenched 110-square-meter penthouse apartment with 2 panoramic balconies. The tastefully and modernly furnished apartments invite you to feel at home and relax. A love of nature is reflected in the unique decor of the apartments, featuring items found on the beach.


The cosy living-dining area features real wood furniture and direct access to the balcony or terrace. From here, you can enjoy watching the boat traffic, the hustle and bustle of the harbour, or simply the unobstructed view across the Wieker Bodden all the way to Hiddensee. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave—leaving nothing to be desired.
The separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer plenty of space for 4 people. A fifth sleeping spot would be possible in exceptional cases on the couch and by prior arrangement. The bathroom features floor heating and a walk-in shower with real glass.

A smart room ventilation system with heat recovery ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times without the need for additional ventilation (particularly suitable for people with allergies).??
