It is furnished with a double bed and a closet (bedroom), a sofa (sofa bed for 1 person), a dining table, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen in the living room (hob, oven, fridge-freezer combo, washing machine). Bathroom with shower and sink; the toilet is separate.<br><br>You have complete flexibility: self-check-in is available 24/7!<br><br>Information for travellers arriving by car: The district is a “Pickerl” zone; short-term parking tickets are required.<br><br>From the apartment to city centre:<br>The “Rosensteinstraße” tram stop is 5–6 minutes away (450 m). From there, Line 43 runs at very frequent intervals to Schottentor in the city centre (8 stops, 12–15 minutes). At Schottentor, there are also numerous transfer options (to the opera, around the Ring, etc.).

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment. Helpful communication with property manager and easy check-in/check-out. Nearby tram-stop makes sightseeing easy.
