The two-room apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchenette (electric kettle, toaster, ceramic cooktop, oven, egg cooker), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The holiday rental has a terrace. A parking space and bicycle storage are located right next to the house. The holiday apartments are also accessible to guests with mild mobility limitations, as there are no stairs leading to or inside the apartment.

Bed linens and hand towels are included in all apartments. You must bring your own bath towels and beach towels!

Dear Guests, due to the precarious situation regarding the cleaning of the holiday apartments and the excessive price demands of cleaning companies, we are forced to take a new approach to final cleaning.
As a guest, you will receive a clean and tidy holiday rental, and on the day of departure, you will return the unit to us in the same condition as when you received it—security deposit: 100.00 €. (Except for New Year’s Eve bookings—no security deposit; instead, a €50.00 final cleaning fee will be charged)
We provide the necessary cleaning supplies and detergents.



The Dornröschen House was built in 1999. In this building, we offer six modern two-room apartments, each featuring a living room (with kitchenette), a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a hallway. An extra bed can be added to each apartment. Apartments 1 and 2 have a terrace, and Apartment 5 has a balcony. Each apartment features Wi-Fi and a private parking space. The house is in a quiet location, and some apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea.

Upon arrival, the tourist tax (in accordance with applicable regulations) and a security deposit of €100.00 (for final cleaning and any damage to the holiday apartment) must be paid—the security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the apartment has been inspected.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
