Our family-run, idyllic attic holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a prime location in Lindau on Lake Constance. Despite the peaceful surroundings, you’ll benefit from excellent amenities—ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.<br><br>A free parking space is available right in front of the house. A wallbox is available for guests with electric cars. Bicycles can be securely stored in a lockable bike room, which is also equipped with e-bike charging stations—perfect for cycling holidaymakers.<br><br>Towels and bed linens are, of course, included.<br>The modern, well-equipped kitchen-diner is sure to delight any home cook. The apartment features a cosy master bedroom as well as a separate second bedroom with sloped ceilings (approx. 2.10 m to 1.60 m), which is particularly well-suited for children.<br>The spacious dining and living area opens directly onto the balcony. Rounding out the amenities is a bright, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and many thoughtful extras.<br>Surrounded by lush greenery, you can enjoy a relaxing view of the garden from your own south-facing balcony. Depending on the weather, you’ll also be treated to a beautiful view of the Pfänder or the Säntis.<br><br>The Lindau Thermal Baths are located just about 2.5 km away and promise an unforgettable day of wellness right on the lake with an impressive mountain panorama.<br><br>A bus stop is located about 70 m away, and the nearest bakery is about 600 m away. Lake Constance and Lindau Island are about 2.5 km away.<br>The visitor’s tax is payable on site (€3.30 per day per person, €2.00 for children ages 6–16).<br>From April 1 through October 15, you can use the Stadtwerke Lindau buses for free with the Lindau Guest Card.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Schöne Wohnung. Das kleinere Zimmer hat leider keinen Schrank. Würde auch nicht hineinpassen. Ich war als Erwachsener hier alleine. War trotzdem sehr schön und ausreichend für mich. Sehr interessant für Familien. Es gibt ganz viele Kleintiere wie Hühner, junge Laufenten. Man kann direkt beim Vermieter frische Eier bekommen. Ich war mit zwei jungen Frauen und Handicap dort. Christina Ebert

Bäckerei in der Nähe. kostenloses Bodenseeticket war eine Überraschung! Linienbus 2.Min. vor der Haustür.Viele Informationen und Ideen direkt vom Vermieter erhalten.

Helle, saubere und moderne Räume. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Gegend sehr idyllisch. Die Insel Lindau und eine Gaststätten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider war es teilweise spät abends und früh morgens (07:00 Uhr) sehr Laut, da ein Nebengebäude abgerissen wurde. Sehr gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt. Die Bushaltestelle keine 30m entfernt war ideal um auf die Insel to kommen. Die Lage war sehr gut um andere Städte und Länder zu besuchen. Der Balkon hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Badezimmer war groß und die Dusche und Badewanne haben wir genossen nach anstrengenden Wanderungen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr genossen!!

Eine neue, helle, sehr schöne Fewo mit Südbalkon. Wir haben unsere 6 Tage „Herbst-Auszeit“ in der ruhigen Lage sehr genossen. Mit dem Bus (2 Gehminuten) ist man trotzdem sehr schnell auf der „Insel“ mitten im Geschehen - auch die umliegenden Orte wie auch Bregenz sind schnell mit Bus/ Bahn erreichbar. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sie, liebe Familie Müller, für Ihre Freundlichkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen Sie gern weiter!

Super schöne Wohnung und total nette Vermieter

Meine Frau und ich durften vom 16. bis 21.10.2023 in der FeWo der Familie Müller wohnen. Die FeWo ist groß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Freundlichere und nettere Gastgeber kann man sich kaum wünschen. Nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen am südlichen Bodensee konnten wir uns in der ruhigen FeWo super erholen. Da wir beide mit Rückenproblemen zu tun haben, wussten wir die Betten/Matratzen sehr zu schätzen. Wir sind fast jeden Abend von der FeWo zu Fuß zur Insel Lindau (ca. 2,5 - 3 km) gegangen und haben dort lecker zu Abend gegessen. Man kann die Insel aber auch gut mit dem Auto oder dem Bus (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der FeWo) erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Motzach sehr genossen, möchten der Familie Müller auf diesem Weg nochmals danken und können die FeWo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Maria und Arno van Ast

Ruhige Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, sehr schön und vor allem extrem ruhig, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man ist trotzdem rasch auf der Insel Lindaus und am Bodensee. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine Anregung unsererseits wäre es, noch einen zweiten Schrank oder eine zweite Kommode in die Wohnung zu stellen. Mit vier Personen war der eine Schrank dann doch zu klein für das Gepäck aller Gäste.

Super FeWo

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage nach Lindau und alles was man so braucht ist fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke,ist sauber und schön modern eingerichtet.Trotz Dachgeschoss ist es im Sommer angenehm (Und wir hatten 37C° draußen!).Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Paar welches uns herzlich Willkommen hieß und uns direkt Tipps für Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Mit zwei kleinen Krabbelkindern war die Wohnung genau richtig für uns. Super ist auch, dass man die Schlafzimmer abdunkeln kann :-) Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
