Guests have access to the entire house.

There is enough space in the driveway for 2 cars and lots of free street parking.

**Pool Information & Safety**

The above-ground pool is typically available from June through early September, weather permitting. Please note that the pool is **not heated**, and water temperatures will vary depending on weather conditions.

For safety reasons, the pool is **unsupervised** and does **not have a shallow end**. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area. Guests use the pool at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring all members of their group follow safe swimming practices.
# House Rules

To ensure everyone has a great stay and to help us maintain the home for future guests, please review the following rules:

### Occupancy & Visitors

* Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
* Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
* Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

### Quiet Hours

* Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM**.
* Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

### Smoking

* Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home.
* If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

### Pool Rules

* The pool is open seasonally from approximately **June through early September**, weather permitting.
* The pool is **not heated**.
* There is **no lifeguard on duty**, and the pool does **not have a shallow end**.
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool.
* No diving, rough play, or glass containers in the pool area.

### BBQ

* Please clean the BBQ after use.
* Never leave the BBQ unattended while in operation.

### Respect the Property

* Please treat the home as if it were your own.
* Report any damages, accidents, or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
* Do not move furniture between rooms.

### Check-Out

Before checking out, please:

* Place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins.
* Run the dishwasher if you have used dishes.
* Turn off lights and small appliances.
* Close and lock all windows and doors.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
