The Sleepy Bear (100 m²) chalet in Turracher Höhe, completed in the spring of 2015, is another rustic log cabin situated on the edge of the forest in Turracher Höhe. Tucked away yet centrally located right next to the Märchenwald ski run and numerous hiking trails, this chalet—with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—offers plenty of space for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the various recreational activities the Turrach has to offer.

As with our other chalets in the area, you have direct access to the slopes, and the “Path of the Senses” (the Three-Lakes Loop) begins right at the door. What could be better than winding down after an eventful day in your own sauna, on the terrace in the heated hot tub, or simply with a glass of wine in front of the wood-burning stove?
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Prachtig houten chalet in de bergen, met groot terras, hottub en sauna. Heel sfeervol vanwege dikke rondhouten balken en de ligging. In de zomer heerlijk koel op deze hoogte (1700 mtr) en toch ook dicht bij de warmte als je een dagje wilt zwemmen in de meren van Karinthië. Huisdier ook welkom, heel fijn.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Leider waren in der unteren Etage v.a. im Wohnbereich/Teppich sehr viele Hundehaare.

Waren jetzt im August und September da, ein tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Schön eingerichtet und genau so wie ein "Blockhaus" sein muss. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und unser Labrador auch.

Wir (4 Personen) haben unseren 14tägigen Wanderurlaub auf der Turracher Höhe sehr genossen. Die Hütte ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen freundlich! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach zauberhaft! ⛰️

Wir hatten 2 fantastische Wochen. Das Wetter spielte uns zwar in der zweiten Woche einen Streich aber das war nicht weiter schlimm, bei Kaminwärme und Badefass. Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch an nichts

Erholung pur...

Für Liebhaber von uriger Gemütlichkeit ist die Blockhütte genau das richtige Objekt. Abgelegen im Wald hört man nur den 30m entfernten Bach. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts, nur die Kissen sind etwas hart. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Im Sommer muss man für Unternehmungen längere Wege in Kauf nehmen. Aber im Skiurlaub wohnt man hier sehr sehr zentral. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Huis en omgeving zijn fantastisch! We kunnen niets negatiefs zeggen. Alles erop en aan. Heel schoon. Zeker iets om terug naar te gaan. We waren met 2 honden(golden retrievers)

"...einfach nur perfekt!" :)

Wir konnten ein erholsames verlängertes Wochenende genießen, mit Sauna, Badefass, morgentliches Gebäckservice... es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst! Top Sauberkeit! Top Erholungsfaktor! Preis/Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung und buchungstechnisch gab es absolut keine Probleme. Die Kommunikation vor Ort bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe ist ebenfalls ideal gelöst! ...wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht ;) Danke an Familie Hickey und Frau Prettner!!!
