Location does not get better! This fully loaded condo has 3 community pools, one just 50 ft away and 2 others on the water! 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, gorgeous main channel views from bdrm & deck! Tennis Courts, lolaundry. Great cove for kayaking/paddle boarding! 9 Min to The Strip, 5 min to Backwater Jacks/Levels, 7 Min to Dog Days, 2 min to Starbucks. MUST be 25 to book the unit. No pets allowed (per HOA Rules). Ninja blender, fully loaded kitchen, basic toiletries, extra blankets, outdoor dining table, easy walking path around the boardwalk, close to the Strip, JB Hooks, Dog Days, Level 5 & Backwater, Target, Walmart, HyVee and TONS of restaruants and shops. Cable, wifi, TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Locally owned and managed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. Do not hang towels over the balconies.
Please return the temperature to 74* in summer and 68* in cold weather months.
Please do not take left-over host provided cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper goods, or coffee/tea bar supplies. Leaving these items for my guests is a perk. Help me keep cost down for future stays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
