Laundry area with large washing machine, The security of our guest is our main priority for that we have automated entrance tuya smart door lock with camera intergrated, we also have street view camera installation to secure the parking lot for our guest , We require Identification to make sure all our guest our registered to provide safety and security at every check-in, we alsoprovide a brief signed contract for the stay to make sure the guests and the host respect their responsability at every check-in we also request for any vehicle upon check-in to also provide a photo , brand of the vehicle as well as the plate number , this is just to make sure our guests properties are safe at our premises, we do provide as well as welcome to our guest condiments in our kitchen , such as bottled of water to drink, Coffee, sugar , salt, basic cooking ingrients, Cleaning is our top priority , therefore our bedrooms are always neat and with fresh smell , we also provide fresh and brand new sheets , blankets , brand new pillows , our bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh and quality towels , soaps , shampoo and conditioner, we made sure that our TV's are equipped with netflex and the guest can also sign in with their own netflex account , we have a large balcony whereby you can sit and enjoy our street view and the surroundings. we recently renovated the apartment so everything is pretty much new inside, a word of warning here , For travellers with pets, Pets are only allowed on the balcony in their cage such as cats, and puppies , now pets are allowed in the bedrooms , bathrooms livingroom or the kitchen, this is just to maintain the premises clean and fresh so that everyone can enjoy their stay without any disturbance, loud music are not allowed but only moderate to a certain hour, we are a very friendly staff and will always request the guests to consult us before any modification, for stays larger than 7 days , we include a full cleaning just to make sure the apartment is maintained clean and guests towels and other amenities are in perfect and clean condition to make sure the guest stay is pleasant all the time.
