Tucked beneath the Georgia Cottage in one of Bend's most charming historic neighborhoods, this 400 sq. ft. studio is a cozy, well-appointed retreat for couples or solo travelers who want to be right in the middle of everything. Walk two blocks to downtown Bend's restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. Drake Park, the Deschutes River trail and whitewater park, and miles of hiking and biking trails are all just a short stroll away.

My wife and I had a great stay at the property while in Bend for a concert. The studio was very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed, including A/C which was great for the summer. Location is perfect for a short walk into downtown and surrounding restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nice bright small studio in a quiet neighborhood. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Patio furniture/ grill and a small patio. Road parking only. ( No problems ) The only issue was that only 2 washcloths were provided for 10 days/ no laundry pods available in house.Local store did have shower puffs.

Reviewer Comments: Darling little space close to fun places in Old Bend, Deshutes River (a must is to float), bars and friendly people everywhere.Comfortable bed, comfy decor, kitchen is great for a single or couple. Sip good coffee on patio with little chatty birds.

We do recommend having a flashlight or phone light to tackle the last few steps from the parking pad as the lights aren’t sufficient in the dark.
