Ferienhaus Lagunenblick 23 Marina Wendtorf

Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” this Scandinavian-style semi-detached house offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, the 68 m² holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace, and a dry sauna.

Utilities for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity are included!

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with single beds pushed together (total size 180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. The house also includes a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome. Whether it’s hot summer days, balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its high-quality amenities and natural surroundings in every season.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the house.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” will take care of your culinary needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet was man so braucht. Im dazugehörigen Schuppen kann man seine mitgebrachten Fahrräder oder den Buggy mit den Strandspielsachen sicher verstauen.

Eindruck

Leider haben wir defekte und sehr verschmutzte Gläser vorgefunden.Das Geschirr im ganzen war nicht gerade sehr gut gereinigt, in der Kaffeemaschine hat sich ein alter verschimmelter Kaffefilter befunden. Ansich ist das Objekt und die Lage sehr schön , wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage weit weg von unserem Altag verbringen können.Der Eindruck wurde jedoch durch manche Kleinigkeit getrübt.
