We are a family-run business that has been renting out holiday apartments for two generations. In 2020, we modernised our holiday apartments, added new units, and completely switched to renewable energy sources such as geothermal heat and solar power.
Just leave your car behind while you’re on holiday. The house is located just a few metres from the Primpsabfahrt ski slope, or in the summer, take the hiking bus that departs right in front of our house.

How to get here?
From Schladming, drive towards Rohrmoos. After about 3 km, you’ll come to a roundabout. Continue straight ahead, passing the Rohrmooser Erlebniswelt. After another 1.5 km, you’ll reach the Hochwurzen summit cable car. Drive about 500 m further through a small wooded area. Our house will be the first one on the right.

Furnished in a modern country house style, Appartement Talbach was built in 2020 and offers everything you need for a cosy holiday. The spacious and fully equipped living/dining area with a view of the Dachstein features a modern kitchen, a beautiful dining nook, and a cosy bench that can also be used as a high-quality sleeper sofa for 2 people if needed. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 people. Both rooms have a small workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern video and audio equipment.



On-site fees: 20% deposit upon booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival. 



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
