Guests enjoy a nice, comfortable space with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. The bathroom is simple yet functional, making your stay easy and relaxing. Whether you’re unwinding inside or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous cabin offers a welcoming retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. There are kayaks, a paddle boat and swim dock for your enjoyment. Only 12 miles from historic Nacogdoches texas, the oldest town in Texas. A fully equipped kitchen and bbq grill provided. 2 extra rollaway beds are available for extra guests. The screened in porch offers a great view of the lake is.

My stay in Garrison was lovely. The cabin has a peaceful location with beautiful views, and the check‑in process was simple and easy. A couple of small problems came up, but the host — who is new to hosting this great spot — handled everything right away with excellent communication. This place has tons of potential and is already a peaceful, comfortable cabin that would be perfect for a fishing getaway. Highly recommend.

I live in east Texas and have been a nurse for over 40 years . I enjoy being a host to share with other people the enjoyment we have experienced the last 25 years of owning this property.

Why they chose this property

We bought this for the beauty of the land and the unique qualities of the lake. We instantly fell in love with the cabin and its unique history and antique decor with solid wood pine paneling and wood floors .

What makes this property unique

This oasis surrounded by the forrest is secluded and private with no outside distractions or traffic . There are lots of fish to be caught and being out on the lake either in the kayaks or paddle boat puts you in the middle of beautiful surroundings and peacefulness. This is said to be the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The screened in porch with the view of the lake is beautiful .
