Vacations on the banks of the Alster - cycling and walking

We are very pleased to present two beautiful apartments in Hamburg-Alsterdorf. They are located in a small, very well-maintained apartment building. The apartments are on the ground floor and ground floor. Each has a south-facing balcony where you can especially enjoy the evening sun.
The apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Each apartment features a spacious living/sleeping area, a sofa with a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a spacious kitchenette. The shower area and the toilet are separate. A somewhat unusual layout combines an additional sleeping area (single bed, 90 x 200 cm) with a walk-in shower and sink.
Our cosy living/sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with two separate mattresses, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. It includes a comfortable two-seater sofa facing a modern TV (satellite TV). A generously sized dining table with chairs invites you to enjoy a meal. The kitchenette is bright and practically furnished, equipped with everything you need for self-catering: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic-top electric stove, an oven at a comfortable height, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. There is an ample supply of pots, pans, and dishes. Blackout curtains ensure you’ll enjoy an undisturbed night’s sleep.
The daybed in the spacious adjoining room offers an additional and comfortable sleeping option for a third guest. The washbasin and shower in that room guarantee complete privacy.
Another washbasin is located in the separate bathroom.

Our windows feature triple-pane insulated glass, sound and heat insulation, and safety glass. The apartment has underfloor heating and an automatic ventilation system. The building is equipped with an intercom system.
The apartment was completed in 2015.
1–2 bike parking spaces are available.

The final cleaning fee is billed directly through Vrbo.

Additionally, for stays in Hamburg, the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax applies. This tax is calculated individually based on the nightly rate, the number of guests, and the number of nights. We will transparently inform you of the exact amount before or after booking. The tax is not collected through Vrbo and must be paid separately by bank transfer prior to arrival.

Bed linens are included in the stay.

Towels can be added as an optional extra for €5.00 per person per stay.

No security deposit is required for bookings made through Vrbo.
