The open kitchen is fully equipped: Cutlery and (cooking) utensils are available, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tabs, dishwashing detergent (sample), sponge, garbage bag, cleaning cloth and dishtowel is ready upon your arrival.

A great stay!! Our hosts could not have been more accommodating, any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. We enjoyed the roominess and style of our rooms. We were there for the Hahnencam Downhill. Our hosts even provided us transportation to the event. Not expected but much appreciated.

Great location, lovely check in team, great communication with property. It’s clean and quality construction, however the design of the unit was not thoughtful. Bathroom with separate shower is across from the toilet room on entry level floor makes it so confusing and impractical. Kitchen is downstairs and equipped with worn out utensils and skillets. No instruction in the unit. No AC. When you open the huge patio door downstairs, no net and so the insects just fly in. Dining room table is in obstructed, dark area, so you don’t get the view of the outdoor when you have dinner. No introductory coffee or tea just to get started. I always found it nice that just a few coffee pods and some tea, salt and pepper and paper towel may be provided for such apartment style flat. Also, the trees on the ground patio are so tall, not trimmed that fully obstruct the view of the mountains in the living room or from a patio, that does not make sense in that gorgeous environment.Trash cans were missing in both toilets. Also the soap dispenser was not attached to the wall in one and was strange to use. It seems like they have a great cleaning service and lovely team to welcome you, but no one checks on condition of the unit. Also, the church bells are quite loud in the early morning and long. Maybe for a short stay, like one or two nights it’s ok, but not sure if it’s good for a longer term stay.

As a self-catering chalet, our concept differs from a hotel stay. Items such as coffee, tea, salt and pepper are not part of our offering or advertised as amenities. For hygiene reasons, we are also unable to provide shared food or beverage products. Should anything inside the chalet be unclear, our reception team is always happy to assist. Air conditioning is not available in any of our apartments or chalets and is not advertised as an amenity. As is customary in many alpine properties in Austria, our chalets are designed with the local climate and natural surroundings in mind. The layout and open connection to the outdoors are integral to the architectural concept. Likewise, the nearby church and its bells are part of the established village surroundings and beyond our control. Super nette Leute und tolles Haus. Gartenmöbel leider nur für zwei Personen vorhanden, und leider das Problem mit den Fliegen, aber das ist ja nicht das Problem des Hauses. War sehr schön und die Lage ist nicht zu toppen Lieber Gerd, vielen Dank für die liebe Bewertung und das Feedback. An der Anzahl der Gartenstühle arbeiten wir, damit bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt genug für alle da ist. Es würde uns freuen, euch in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Tolle Unterkunft - wir kommen wieder!

Alle Personen waren sehr freundlich, man hat sich auch mit Hund sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war eine sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft. Die Lage in Reith war außerdem perfekt, da sie sehr zentral lag. Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre schön gewesen. Als Mindeststandard hätten wir uns sehr über fliegengitter an den Fenstern gefreut, das hätte ebenfalls das Lüften nachts erleichtert. Eine Standardausstattung der Küche, wie man sie in vielen Ferienwohnungen kennt, hätte den Aufenthalt erleichtert, z.B. Kaffeefilter, Salz, Pfeffer, Backpapier, Eierbecher. Sauna Handtücher wären sehr Praktisch gewesen. Auf der Homepage sieht es beim Grundriss des Hauses ein bisschen so aus als hätte man ein eigenes abgetrenntes Garten Stück. Das sollte evtl. Klargestellt werden dass es nur ein Terrassen Stück ohne richtige Abtrennung ist.

das Chalet ist sehr hochwertig und liegt in einer Top-Lage. Sauna und whirlpool helfen nach der Wanderung oder an schlechten Tagen für zusätzliche Entspannung. Alle Highlights der gegend sind gut und schnell zu erreichen, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung war absolut schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Reith ist ein sehr schönes kleines Dorf und die Einwohner sind alle sehr nett. Es war eine perfekte Entscheidung, wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team.
