We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars. Everything was convenient, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

This rental was wonderful! Has a great beachy vibe, the furnishings are beautiful, the decor is spot on for the beach! The home/pictures are as described but even better! The views from the back decks are stunning! We spent a lot of time out there. The host, Leann, has been really easy to deal with. She responds quickly and really wants you to enjoy your stay! The Swordfish complex is super clean and located close to everything, short walk to beach, and restaurants/bars. Fish Tales has a great Happy Hour! And pool was a really nice amenity, especially with condo right next door. Added bonus to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon in the garage. Very nice touch! Wagon really helped when we had to make a quick walk to load up on more adult beverages. One suggestion- add a Guest Book for guests to sign in and share their experience. I'm sure there will be nothing but great compliments. Next time we come to Ocean City, this will be my place to stay!

My husband and I were born in PA (and yes, both Penn Staters). We have also lived in CA and currently Northern VA. We fell in love with this OCMD waterfront gem and bought it the second it came on the market. My husband loves to boat and fish. I love the beach, and being able to walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner (for example, we are located next to the iconic FishTales restaurant and bar). You will love the peaceful view of the bay, the amazing sunsets, the 3 block walk to the ocean / boardwalk, the heated pool and private garage parking.

Why they chose this property

Our sunset views are amazing. This three story condo on a quiet canal in OC is perfectly laid out providing both privacy and gathering spaces for our entire family. Heated pool, garage parking and a short walk to dining and the ocean are huge perks.
