Are you looking for comfortable accommodation for your personalised holiday in Dithmarschen? Then you’ve come to the right place. Come stay and relax with your family at Langes Hus. We offer a beautiful holiday home located right on the Wadden Sea in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, just behind the dike. Relax, for example, in a beach chair or while taking a stroll along the green beach. You’ll immediately feel the soothing effects of the fresh sea air and the genuine tranquility here, which will help you unwind. The North Sea spa town of Friedrichskoog offers a holiday with sweeping views: on one side, the view stretches across the flat marshlands; on the other, it looks out over the endless sea and the Wadden Sea.

This holiday home is a beautiful three-unit townhouse. The beach is just a 300-meter walk away, and you’ll find restaurants and fresh bread rolls from the bakery right nearby. The house is situated in a quiet side street, yet still centrally located.
It features two bedrooms on the top floor (the master bedroom with a double bed and an additional travel cot, and the children’s room with two separate beds). The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower, and there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor.
The fireplace in the living room creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s cosy and warm even during the cooler months.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Colour satellite TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. In the garden, you’ll find a swing and a sandpit for the little ones. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture. A grill is available....

Wunderschönes sauberes Häuschen in Top Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären sogar gerne länger geblieben. Einziges Manko für uns war die Internetverbindung, die war sehr schlecht. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen

Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus mit großem gemeinschaftlichen Garten für die Kinder und ein paar Disteln auf der Wiese! Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr schön! Schade war, dass bis zur Saison 2026 in Friedrichskoog Spitze der Zugang zum Meer/Watt nur beschränkt möglich ist und die nächste Badestelle 12 Kilometer entfernt und lediglich Wiese ist!

Sauber

Das Haus war tadellos sauber. Leider sind die Möbel so billig, dass sie schon vom Anschauen wackeln. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist elektrisch. Man hat beim Duschen zwar warmes Wasser, aber heiß wird es nicht. Der Kamin ist sehr gemütlich.

Schöner Herbst-Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Haus. Alles war sauber und sehr ordentlich. Für die 5 Tage war ausreichend Platz für uns 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder). Auch bei nicht ganz so schönem Wetter, konnte man sich prima drinnen aufhalten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sowie auch der Tourismus-Zentrale zur Schlüsslübergabe war top! Die Lage des Hauses war klasse, alles, was man brauchte, erreichte man fußläufig. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus hatte alles, was für einen Urlaub notwendig ist und mit dem Garten und der Lage war es die Grundlage für eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Unser Hund genoss die hundefreundliche Umgebung und lernte, das Wasser (wenn da) salzig sein kann.

Super schöne und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, aber nah zum Strand, einem Bäcker, Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man fühlt sich wohl, wenn man die Ferienwohnung betritt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Danke an die freundliche Familie Lange, die sofort reagiert wenn Fragen auftauchen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Es war eine sehr angenehme Woche. Hier kann man die Ruhe wirklich genießen. Entspannte Atmosphäre, nette Menschen und ausreichend Freizeitangebote in der Umgebung bei Ebbe :-) Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Genug Platz für die Kinder, alles vorhanden für eine Woche Sommerurlaub!

Toller Urlaub

Unsere Familie hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Kinder haben den Spielplatz im Garten geliebt und dort oft mit den Nachbarskindern gespielt. Alles in allem super toll und empfehlenswert.

Schöne Einrichtung. Sehr nah am Strand. Sehr sauber. Alles da was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Was wünschenswert wäre,wären Polster für die Gartenstühle und die Liegen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Ferienhaus gefunden, insbesondere die Küche (oftmals der Knackpunkt in Ferienhäusern) lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist vorhanden, Matratzen sind sehr gut, man liegt hervorragend, Fenster sind mit Mückengittern versehen, Fön im Bad vorhanden, Nähe zum Strand ist sehr entspannend für alle, Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, Supermarkt ca. 4 km entfernt, außerdem sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, kurzum: alles bestens! Vielen Dank!

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit tollem Garten. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw alles vorhanden. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Meer sowie zu Restaurants, Bäcker, Fahrradverleih usw. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen - wir kommen wieder.

Es war alles prima.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Was fehlte war ein anständiger Sonnenschirm, dieser war kaputt, da wir neun Tage herrliches Wetter hatten, wäre dieser gut gewesen. Ansonsten ist es wirklich zu empfehlen!!

Absolut erholte Urlauber

Wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Alles passte auch mit den Angaben. Extrem sauber mit allem was man benötigt, super gepflegt. EinzigSt wäre noch ein zweiter Kühlschrank im Flur zu wünschen. Bei 4 Personen sind Getränke und Essen schwer zu kühlen. Keine Kritik nur ein Hinweis. Dirk, Martina, Nick. Lion und Omo sagen Danke aus Darmstadt.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön. Gerade die zeit abends nach einem kalten Tag konnte man an einem heißen Kamin genießen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern War super und der Buchungsprozess War super schnell ausgeführt. Selbst bei einer kurzfristigen Änderung verlief alles problemlos. Die Reisezeit (Dezember) bietet sich allerdiengs nur zum Entspannen an denn alle Geschäfte und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten befinden siCh zum Großteil schon im Urlaub und haben geschlossen. Insgesamt aber Top Unterkunft und Reiseziel gerne wieder.
