… ONLY HERE, ON THE ISLAND’S WEST COAST, CAN YOU ENJOY WATCHING THE SUN SET INTO THE SEA… ACROSS THE STRELASUND, PASSING THE HANSEATIC CITY OF STRALSUND, ACROSS THE RÜGEN BRIDGE WITH A VIEW OF THE SMALL VILLAGE OF ALTEFÄHR, UP TO GERMANY’S LARGEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL ISLAND… AND THEN YOU SIT ON THE SHORE, LOOK OUT AT THE SEA, AT THE ISLAND OF HIDDENSEE, THE LIGHTHOUSE, AND HEAR THE WAVES CRASHING ON THE BEACH AND THE WIND SINGING ITS SONG… <br>YOU’VE ARRIVED!<br><br>The very comfortable thatched-roof house “Meeresbrise,” located right on the sea, was designed as a house with two self-contained holiday apartments—“Seeadler” and “Seeschwalbe”—opened in the summer of 2013, and was completely renovated in 2021. <br>They offer every conceivable comfort, including a fireplace, a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathrooms, a dining area and a modern sofa corner, an LCD TV, patio furniture, bicycles, a grill, a beach chair, and much more. <br>Both holiday apartments—“Seeadler” and “Seeschwalbe”—have been awarded 5 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association).<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included<br><br>A brief overview of the floor plan of the thatched-roof house “Meeresbrise”: <br><br>The “Seeschwalbe” holiday rental is located on the ground floor and features a living room with a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, all within a living area of 66 square metres, and accommodates 2 adults.<br><br>Also on the ground floor: the utility room with a washing machine.<br><br>The “Seeadler” holiday rental, with a living area of 90 square metres, is spread over two levels: the upper floor and the attic.<br>Upper floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining area for six people, TV, and sitting area; a bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br>Attic: a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>With a total of 150 m², the “Meeresbrise” holiday home offers plenty of space for even larger families to relax and unwind in the midst of a wonderful setting. <br>Its proximity to the Baltic Sea and the stunning views make the “Meeresbrise” holiday home, with its two living units, truly unique.<br><br>The design concept behind the construction of the thatched-roof “Meeresbrise” holiday home was based, among other things, on the idea of the “Seeadler” (Sea Eagle) for parents with their children and the “Seeschwalbe” (Tern) for the grandparents, with space for everyone to enjoy dinner together in the “Seeadler”… <br><br>From the terrace, you can step out into the garden, which features a grill, a beach chair, and garden furniture and lounge chairs that invite you to linger. The house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Hiddensee. <br><br>Pets, changes to your arrival time, or shorter booking periods are possible upon request.<br>
