The property is located on the main avenue, right on the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés. Arinaga is an ideal and renowned place for scuba diving and is only a few minutes away from Playa de Vargas, Bahía de Formas and Pozo Izquierdo, important international windsurfing and kitesurfing enclaves. This newly refurbished property has large windows offering excellent ventilation and the temperatures are mild and stable all year round.



There is a dishwasher, oven, fridge, small kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle), hairdryer, ceiling fan in the master bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi with streaming services available (Netflix, Disney Plus). There is also a folding playpen.
