The historic farmhouse is the front section of a former farmstead. The owners live in the building that once served as a stable and threshing barn. The garden faces west and is completely secluded. The house itself is located in the tranquil village centre and, from the outside, does not reveal the charm of the garden. The house is a historic landmark and has been carefully modernised without compromising its original character. It features underfloor heating as well as historic wooden floors. About 100 metres from this house is the excellent country inn “Zum Luitpold” in Leeder. The house was built using construction materials and methods that were common in the early 17th century. It cannot be compared to new construction. We therefore ask for your understanding that the house is prone to noise transmission; for example, the ceilings (and thus the floors of the upper storey) consist of old wooden planks that have been simply plastered over but not insulated. As a result, the house is prone to noise transmission, and residents should be tolerant of close proximity to others.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll renovierten Haus war ausgesprochen angenehm. Es fehlte an nichts, die Terrasse hat zum Verweilen eingeladen. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
