Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet, ruhig und doch nicht zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Eine Haltestelle für Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und mit der "Bodensee Card" können diese (ebenfalls Busse und Bahn entlang des Bodensees) kostenlos genutzt werden. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Bodenseecenter) ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn es wieder ein Urlaub in FN geben wird, ist diese Ferienwohnung unsere erste Wahl.

top gepflegt und sauber, modern eingerichtet und super gelegen für Messebesucher!Es handelt sich um eine Souterrain Wohnung, sie ist also relativ dunkel, dafür im Sommer aber auch schön kühl. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet (lediglich der Messbecher des Eierkochers hat gefehlt), Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein zusätzlicher Matratzentopper waren vorhanden. Eine kleine Terasse zum draußen sitzen gibt es auch. Hervorzuheben sind auch die guten Matratzen, das Bett ist zwar nur 1,60 m breit aber sehr bequem. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir haben einen Mix aus Messe und Urlaub gemacht und dafür war die Wohnung perfekt gelegen. Zur Messe mit dem Auto ca 10 Min (zu Fuß ca. 40 Min), zum Hafen ca. 25 Min Fußweg. Das Bodensee Center mit Kino, Supermarkt und Resteraunts ist 5 Gehminuten weg , dort befinden sich auch die Bushaltestellen (mit der Kurtaxe kann man die Öffentlichen kostenfrei nutzen) zudem hat man mit dem Bodensee Center immer einen guten Orientierungspunkt. Ein Bäcker ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem eigenen Stellplatz direkt vor der Wohnung abstellen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

1 Woche in Friedrichshafen in der Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich perfekt um ein paar freie Tage am Bodensee zu verbringen.Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse bestens (völlig unkompliziert mit dem Auto zu erreichen und zu Fuß ist man auch überall sehr schnell), sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr netter Vermieter bzw. Kontaktperson. Es hätte alles nicht besser laufen können - wir waren gleich bei der Anreise sehr angetan und sind auch jetzt im Nachhinein immer noch wirklich begeistert. Direkt schade, dass wir nach 1 Woche wieder abreisen mussten...

Schöne Tage am Bodensee mit Bus und Bahn

Wohnung ideal gelegen für Selbstversorger und Nutzer öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wünschenswert wäre noch, dass der Gastgeber die Bodensee-Card zur Verfügung stellt, um den Bodensee mit Bus und Bahn kostenlos entdecken zu können.

Spontaner Kurzurlaub

Wir konnten die Wohnung noch kurzfristig mieten. Inventar und Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Stadtzentrum und Hafen sind fußläufig zu erreichen, so sind Tagesaus- flüge mit der weissen Flotte ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand möglich. Wir bedanken uns für die nette Begrüßung und "Einweißung" in der Wohnung und werden diese gerne weiterempfehlen.

Unterkunft in Friedrichshafen Nähe Bodenseecenter

Die Wohnung in Friedrichshafen,Holunderweg,ist sehr schön.Sie ist geräumig und pflegeleicht. Es war alles vorhanden und unkompliziert. Von Kaffee bis Reinigungsutensilien stand alles zur Verfügung.Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich vom Vater des Vermieters. Ein Parkplatz stand ständig zur Verfügung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Die Nähe zum Bodenseecenter war auch für uns ein Entscheidungsgrund.Ist aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Centre commercial a proximité 2minutes à bpieds. Pizzeria idem pour le soir. 30mn à pied du lac. Rien d autre à ajouter j ai habité à Friedrichshfen et j y viens souvent. Je vais region Lindenberg pour loger. Première location FN et bon séjour.
