Stunning 3-story Ocean-view home 100 steps to Beach. 2 Bedroom. 2-1/2 bath. Fall asleep to sound of waves. Expansive ocean views from top floor. Happy hour and sunsets on Balcony. 5 minute walk to the North End restaurants, coffee shops, French Bakery, bars, yoga studios and gourmet market. 20 minute walk along beautiful Strand to downtown Manhattan Beach and Pier.
(3rd bedroom on ground floor is rented out separately to single, quiet, considerate renter who has own private entrance. Renter has no access to any other area of house, garage or laundry.
NO PETS.
