A very nice, bright, 54 m2 2-room penthouse apartment in Freudenstadt, located close to the city centre—perfect for a getaway as a couple or on your own. You can park your car in the underground garage (accessed from the outside using the apartment key to open the roll-up door) and reach the apartment via the stairwell without getting wet. Make yourself at home in the heart of the Black Forest and enjoy the view of the Finkenberg to your right from the covered balcony.

A warm welcome to the Finkenberg Holiday Rental. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Freudenstadt yet remains perfectly central. You’ll find beautiful tile flooring in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen; the bedroom, living room, and dining room feature high-quality wood-look cork flooring. The comfortable leather couch, complete with blankets, invites you to relax.
The double bed in the bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m and consists of two single mattresses.
The kitchen is equipped with a Miele dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a coffee maker with fresh beans. It’s rounded out with a touchless dustbin, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, and a basic selection of spices.
The cosy bathroom invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the bathtub. The toilet features a soft-close mechanism. Of course, a hair dryer is also provided.
The balcony loggia, complete with a table, bench, and 2 chairs (including cushions), is the perfect spot to wind down after an eventful day.
You’re welcome to use the washing machine located in the basement, which also has a drying room.
In our holiday rental, we also provide a basic supply of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, a broom, and a vacuum cleaner for your use.

One underground parking space is available for our guests.



On-site costs: • The Finkenberg apartment is not a party venue! Bachelor and hen nights or similar events are not permitted! • Pets are not allowed! • Non-smoking apartment! A deposit of 40% of the total price is due at the time of booking and must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation: DE09653901200619317019, BIC: GENODES1EBI Once the deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the start of your stay. Cancellation You may cancel the contract at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing (by mail or email). In the event of cancellation, you are obligated to compensate us for any damages incurred. - From the date the down payment is received from the renter until the 90th day before the start of the rental period: a €20 processing fee. - From the 89th day until the 45th day before the start of the rental period: the amount of the down payment - From the 44th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount - From the 14th day until the start of the rental period: 80% of the total amount The date we receive your notice of cancellation is what counts. Any amounts already paid will be credited. You may designate a replacement guest who will assume your contract under the stated conditions. Written notification prior to arrival is sufficient.We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
