Our River Front Home 2-bedroom 2-Boat Slips in Beautiful Port Orange FL

Our River Front Home with (2-Boat Slips 32ft and 22ft available upon inquiry additional fees will apply) centrally, located 10 minutes from the ocean many shopping areas and restaurants 15 minutes from Daytona Beach Main Street where events are held (Bike week) and more shopping and the ocean, Daytona Beach Speedway, where the races are held and Across from the races is the Bass Pro Shop, restaurants, hotels, an arcade ice cream and Cracker Barrel and so much more. 20 minutes from Daytona Beach Racing and Card Club. 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and the famous Flagler Ave, where there’s much entertainment and shopping stroll Flagler Ave and enjoy Florida’s amazing sunshine and good times.
Our River Front Home has 2-bedrooms, one bedroom has Riverview queen size bed two dressers, nightstands large closet second bedroom has a queen size bed, six drawer dresser with mirror, large closet, one full bathroom with shower and bathtub grip rails and pantry. One outside bathroom near sitting area with chairs, table and grill. Nice Riverview with River breeze. Beautiful kitchen area with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator dishes, pots pans, etc., large round table with additional leaf that sits eight and a nice large kitchen island that has three more additional tall chairs. All with an amazing River view.
All linens sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, ext included. Washer and dryer included.
Living room has large bay window with amazing Riverview leather sofa that pulls out into a double bed, leather recliner and two additional recliners very large living area very spacious and open. Entrance sitting area with Riverview. There are two individual homes on the property very private. Our Riverfront Home has two car driveway and much more parking available.
