Unfortunately, the cleaning crew did not have our room cleaned prior to our check in at 4pm. We arrived around 6pm and the primary bed was unmade, and towels were in the shower. We contacted our host and she was extremely responsive and had someone there right away. She also did not charge us a cleaning fee. It was just a one off incident that was corrected as soon as our host was made aware of it. It was a bit inconvenient, but I would be confident it wouldn't happen again and would definitely stay at this property again!
