A wonderful 100-square-meter upscale holiday home in the canal district of Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour. <br><br>This house has everything you could want: it features 3 bedrooms—one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor (double beds measure 0.90 m x 2 m)—and two bathrooms with showers. The ground-floor bathroom includes a 2-person sauna. The house is fully tiled (with underfloor heating). <br><br>All three bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and offer plenty of storage space. The upstairs bedroom has a second TV. You’ll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment, capsule coffee machine, high-quality dishes, etc.). All windows and the patio door are fitted with fly screens.<br><br>A wood-burning stove provides cosy evenings, and in the summer, you can enjoy the beautifully furnished patio. There is a TV in both the living room and the children’s room.<br><br>An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are also provided.<br><br>The garden is fenced in, and a large garden shed for your bicycles is available, as well as a private parking space.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi access (on-site registration required), subject to availability!<br><br>The “Carmen,” “Keno,” and “Silke” accommodation is located in the building next door, should you need more space.<br><br>The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dike landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.<br><br>You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra.
