"DINA" is a new (2016), stylishly furnished ground-floor holiday apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the Zwillingsmühlen and the romantic shrimp boat harbour. Shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This non-smoking apartment features a chic living/dining area with a flat-screen TV. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. For guests who’d like to enjoy East Frisian hospitality with a cup of tea, a complete tea set is provided.

There are two cosy bedrooms: one with a box-spring double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m); the latter also features a second LED TV. The bedrooms feature electric exterior blinds as well as pleated shades. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed throughout the apartment.

A small, fully fenced-in garden with a cosy terrace, stylish rattan patio furniture, and a parasol invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The apartment also includes a storage shed where you can store your bicycles.

A parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Dogs are allowed upon request.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.

The “Leuchtfeuer” apartment is located in the same building directly above this one, should you need more space.

The holiday rental is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
