With its Frisian architectural style and rustic Westphalian oak interior, the AlleenHuus in Warin brings together Northern Germany, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (including the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park), and Westphalia. You can experience all of this in your “temporary home.”
This beautiful, new holiday home, built in 2021, is equipped to accommodate 6 to 8 people. With 100 square metres of living space, it features modern and comfortable furnishings and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right next to the Großer Wariner See. The lake and the free public beach are just a few steps away. The non-smoking house features tile and vinyl parquet flooring and is equipped with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The spacious living and dining area with a lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A cosy sofa, a large satellite TV (Netflix, etc., via fiber-optic connection), a collection of books and games, a radio with CD and Bluetooth, and a DVD collection provide relaxation and entertainment.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed featuring an upholstered headboard and a sleeping surface measuring 1.80 x 2 m, as well as a flat-screen TV and a safe. Additionally, the ground floor features a beautiful shower room with a spacious, walk-in shower. It also features a heated towel rack and a hair dryer. The high-quality shower room is additionally equipped with a 140x140 cm infrared sauna for 2–4 people.
Our holiday home also includes a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. The modern kitchen offers a wide range of appliances, including an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Caffisimo, a toaster, a kettle, a sandwich maker, an immersion blender, a waffle maker, a Nicer Dicer, pots, and a wide variety of other cookware.
The first bedroom on the upper floor features two single beds and the option to pull out two additional cots (see photos), as well as a lake view. The second bedroom, located on the upper level, is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. Both rooms feature flat-screen TVs. All bedrooms in the house are equipped with electric exterior blinds and fly screens. Carefully selected bed linens and blankets ensure cosy evenings and restful nights. An additional shower room on the upper floor is particularly convenient.
Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available in our holiday home; you can register for it on site. A high chair and a travel cot are also provided free of charge.
It’s important to note that all main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors!
The patio features an aluminium patio canopy and boasts high-quality furniture, including 2 sun loungers with cushions. The garden is perfect for relaxing in the sun and, thanks to the garden shed and a kettle grill, is ideal for enjoying beautiful summer nights. The house comes with two parking spaces.
The holiday home features a bocce court.
For excursions, 4 28-inch bicycles are available free of charge; however, use is at your own risk and without liability or warranty!
Pets are not allowed.
A two-person canoe/Canadian canoe with life jackets in various sizes is now also available free of charge. However, use of the canoe is also at your own risk and without liability or warranty!
The neighbouring houses are called “Ruth,” “Seeblick Warin,” and “Storchennest,” should you need more space.
Location
Warin is located in the eastern part of the Nordwestmecklenburg district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, nestled between the Großer Wariner See and the Glammsee. The Mühlengraben canal connects the two lakes within the town limits. The town is located about 22 kilometres southeast of Wismar and approximately 30 kilometres northeast of the state capital, Schwerin. Warin is situated within the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, which stretches from Neukloster in the north through Sternberg to Pinnow in the south.
Since December 2020, the town of Warin has been designated a climatic health resort, making it an excellent holiday destination for people with allergies and respiratory conditions.
