The apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments. Built in 1998 in the Norwegian style cottage is on a 1400 sqm large sunny garden plot. The apartment has a private terrace and a separate entrance. The comfortably and tastefully furnished is located on two levels, the living-dining area in Erdgeschoß.Die fully equipped kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven and a dishwasher. The cozy bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with shower are located on the first floor. There is a garden sauna on the property, which is open to guests of the entire house. In a separate utility room are a washer and dryer. A visit to the sauna or the barbecue invite to wind out of a day. The south-facing terrace offers itself, even just once to spend a day at home.

The community Wieck promotes organic food and companies in the organic industry and is thus for a healthy diet, environmental and regional economic cycles a. Every Wednesday and Saturday from May to October there is intense activity in the organic fresh market before Darßer ark. The house will be held workshops on healthy eating. Restaurateurs are increasingly offering to dishes from sustainable regional production. The aim of Biodorfes Wieck is 'healthy living' as a whole. And part of the exercise. On Wieck harbor is the entrance to the 'Nordic walking park Darß' where you can indulge in the Nordic walking pleasure on eight different routes between 2.5 km and 15.4 km away. And who has no poles, the routes can be explored on foot or by bike.
