A perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia.<br><br>The property was newly built in 2022 from a building that had stood vacant for a long time. The result is two spacious holiday apartments. Both apartments are bright and cosy and have been fully furnished with new furniture. They are connected via a shared staircase. ***Holiday Home with 2 Holiday Apartments*** The completely newly furnished holiday apartments are bright and inviting. They feature fully equipped kitchens and a dining area for 4 people each; on the ground floor, this can be reconfigured to seat 8 people upon request. Each living room has a comfortable sofa set and a TV. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds (90 x 200), a large chest of drawers, and a TV. The bathrooms are spacious, with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink area. *** Bed linens, one set of towels per person, and tea towels are provided. *** Wi-Fi is free in both apartments. *** Cots and high chairs are available. These can be requested and rented on-site for a small fee. Please note that both are available in limited quantities; reservations are requested. *** Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace or balcony. *** The property’s washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. *** Parking is available free of charge. *** There’s a bakery right next door. They offer fresh rolls and other treats every day (except Tuesday and Sunday). Perfect for a great start to the day. *** The property is a perfect starting point for numerous activities here in Upper Lusatia. There’s something for everyone here. Whether you’re into hiking or biking (a bike path runs right past the house), the location is also perfect for outings with the kids. For example, the Dinosaur Park and the maze in Kleinwelka, or the reservoir in Bautzen with its mini-golf course, climbing park, and swimming beach, are all great places to visit. The cities of Bautzen and Löbau are also well worth exploring.
