The "Seedüvel EG" apartment is a spacious ground-floor unit located at Süderdünenring 37 on the island of Langeoog. With 85 m² of living space and a total of four rooms, this vacation home offers plenty of space and comfort for families or groups of up to five people. Three separate bedrooms—two with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm)—ensure that every guest has a private retreat with plenty of privacy. Small children and babies are warmly welcome, as evidenced by the provision of a crib and a high chair.

The living area is furnished in a modern and inviting style. A cozy sofa with an ottoman and an armchair invite you to relax. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a small selection of books, ensuring plenty of entertainment. A fireplace—which is no longer in working order—still adds to the room’s cozy atmosphere.
A dining table is located in the modern, separate kitchen, which is fully equipped. It features a 4-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Dishes, silverware, and dish towels are provided, so you’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, heated towel rack, window, and toilet. A hair dryer, as well as plenty of towels and bed linens, are also provided.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, free Wi-Fi access and privacy screens on all windows are provided. The apartment is a smoke-free area and is particularly suitable for families with children.

One of the special highlights of Seedüvel EG is the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The adjoining garden invites you to relax and play outdoors—especially appealing on sunny days or after a long walk on Langeoog—and offers storage space for bicycles, handcarts, and similar items.
