4-star apartments with direct beach access in front of the house

Our new 4-star beach villa is just 5 metres from the ocean, with a private beach featuring lounge chairs for our guests! Secure parking spaces on the property are also available free of charge to our guests.<br>The apartments are brand new, filled with natural light, and offer a fantastic view of the ocean.<br>All units are modern and furnished with high-end amenities: air conditioning, FlatSAT/TV, free Wi-Fi, internet access (even on the beach), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, ergonomic mattresses for a restful sleep, hotel-quality toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, a safe, and secure parking spaces on the property. The kitchens are fully equipped with appliances (microwave, Nappa range hood, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.)<br>We offer our guests free use of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach in front of the house as well as the rooftop terrace.<br><br><br>There are many excursion options, such as boat tours to the islands of Krk (the Vrbnik wine-growing region, Biseruljka Cave) and Rab.<br>On land, daily excursions are organised to the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, the city of Pula with its ancient Roman Colosseum, and Brijuni National Park.

Herz, was willst du mehr...

Sehr saubere Wohnung, die passend eingerichtet ist (z. B. scharfe Messer) und wo der große Balkon einen faszinierenden Panoramablick bietet. Vor dem Haus der reservierte Parkplatz, gleich hinter dem Haus die Adria mit glasklarem Wasser-traumhaft! In max. 200 m Entfernung liegen der gut geführte Konzum, ein uriges Strandrestaurant und ein sehr gutes Feinschmeckerlokal, wow! Die sympathischen Vermieter sind vor Ort ansprechbar und äußerst hilfreich. Also alles "easy going"!

TOP-Urlaub / Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderschönes Ferienapartment, sehr symphytische Vermieter und tolles Meer. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Leider haben wir nur einen Schlüsselsatz erhalten. Eine Zugangskarte mehr wäre schön. Ansonsten haben wir die Zeit unglaublich genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
