The apartment is located in a well-maintained, sprawling holiday complex in Neddesitz (in the municipality of Sagard) and offers the ideal starting point for excursions across Germany’s largest island! The kilometer-long, fine-sand beach at Schaabe, between Glowe and Juliusruh, is just a short drive or bike ride away (via a beautiful bike path along the Bodden), as is Jasmund National Park with its new observation deck at Königsstuhl. Other attractions, such as the port city of Sassnitz, the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, the treetop walk in Prora, or the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, are all easily accessible from Neddesitz.
Within the resort itself, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational and sports activities.
The swimming pool is just a few steps away. There, you’ll find fun and relaxation in the spacious pool area, which features a slide, a toddler pool, a spacious sauna area, and a large beauty and wellness area. There’s also an indoor playground. Please note that admission to the water park is not included in the price!

Holiday apartment No. 7036 measures approximately 52 square metres and is located on the upper floor of a beautiful holiday home. The two-room apartment accommodates up to 3 people.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large, furnished balcony.
The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The spacious and bright living area offers space for a third person (or 2 small children) with a pull-out sofa bed. In addition to a sofa corner, there is a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a stove with oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Other kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, included as standard!
Relax on the spacious balcony with a magnificent view of the greenery and the Bodden in the distance.
The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower and toilet and is bright and modern. 
Wi-Fi is free in the apartment; you simply need to ask for a code at the hotel complex’s front desk upon arrival.
If you’d like to sit down to a set breakfast table during your holiday, that’s no problem either! You can book a full breakfast on-site at the hotel.
