Our second time even better than the first. We had mentioned they had every appliance but the air fryer and by our second visit it was there. Great location and would be a front seat to the July 4 fireworks wish we had those dates. You can’t go wrong here.

Great location and great styling of furniture, very comfortable. You can walk to the airport from here and walk to searhc hospital. This place has incredible views of water and mountains and easy to even walk to town it’s just a bit farther than the airport. Wonderful all one level. Washer dryer very handy and I think this has been the best supplied rental . They had every appliance and big frig and freezer. A dishwasher and a rare sight in Sitka, air conditioning in main area. They have the deepest and biggest soaking tub and provide toiletries in case you forgot. Queen beds electronic locks and window shades in bedrooms that do keep a bulk of the late night and early morning light out until you want to have it. You get eagles. Sitting on the roof of the adjoining house about 20 feet away and a short walk gives you an expansive view of the passing whales along with fishing boats. The hosts are very responsive to questions that come up. WiFi is strong, great lighting and these hosts should be very proud of this premier property, I need a couch and now I know what couch to get. This furniture is all new and very comfortable. If you come to Sitka and a 2 bedroom is your need this place should be first on your list. I have already rebooked this place later in the year and it will remain at the top of places I recommend to travelers. You won’t be disappointed.

Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings while still being close to shopping, restaurants, the harbor, hiking trails, and many of Sitka's most popular attractions.

One of the things we love most is how easy it is to experience Southeast Alaska's incredible scenery and wildlife. It's common to see eagles soaring overhead, deer wandering through the area, and beautiful views of the mountains and ocean nearby.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of fishing, exploring, or sightseeing. We think it provides an authentic Sitka experience and a wonderful home base for enjoying everything our island community has to offer.

Completed in 2026, the cottage offers beautiful mountain views, beach access, modern amenities, and a thoughtfully designed space that feels both cozy and spacious. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and all the conveniences needed for a relaxing stay.

We especially love that visitors can experience the best of Sitka without spending much time in a car. The property is within walking distance of the airport, Mt. Edgecumbe High School, the Aquatic Center, Sealing Cove Harbor, and SEARHC, while downtown Sitka is just a mile away.

Whether you're visiting for fishing, outdoor adventures, family events, business, or simply to experience Southeast Alaska, our goal is to provide a comfortable home base where guests can relax and enjoy everything Sitka has to offer.
