Fantastic studio with AC in vibrant Los Angeles neighborhood.

Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom studio in Los Angeles. The space features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests enjoy a cool environment with air conditioning and heating to keep things just right. A clean bathroom adds convenience to your stay, and thoughtful touches and we are always open to offer you a good cappuccino. We live in the main house with our 9 year old boy. The Studio has its own entrance facing the back yard. Its 100 year old Spanish house and the Studio is on the ground floor. Sometimes you will hear footsteps from upstairs, but In general we keep it very quiet. We have a dog, which sometimes comes visit if you are in the backyard. He is super friendly and happy to greet people.
