Private: natural state property, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 70 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Sep.) with shutter cover. In the house: air conditioning. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 4.1 km, sandy beach "Plage de Fautea" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Centre ville Porto-Vecchio 20 km, Centre ville Solenzara 19 km. Hiking paths: Aiguilles de Bavella 40 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Villa Fautea", 5-room villa 150 m2. Spacious, comfortable furnishings: living room with separate WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms with panoramic window, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace 120 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
