Pristine as far as cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. The sauna was operational and sanitary. The outside areas were next level comfortable and well kept. The attention to detail including all needed cooking utensils in the kitchen was on point. The remodel of this early 1900s farmhouse has amazing attention to detail. Stay here. Also, the complimentary snacks were a bonus!

This place is great! I'd stay here again and again. The yard is beautiful and inviting. There is a convenience store and small town park within walking distance, in case you forgot something. We really enjoyed going to the dive bar and dispensary a one minute walk away. You literally walk out the back door and in the side door of the bar. No driving drunk. Marsha communicates well and has thought of your every need in advance. She even puts out snacks. They were great! There is a fire pit and charcoal grill with a seating area. We spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying ourselves. My wife and I have stayed in many rentals over the last 20 years. This particular rental is high up in the ratings list. Enjoy it y'all! Marsha will take good care of you.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at as a couple. Cute, clean and all the amenities plus more. House and outside activities was perfection in this small town but not too far away from local sites!
