The approximately 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Seemeile. <br><br>On the balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun to the fullest. The lift provides convenient access to the apartment directly from the underground car park and the entrance area. The landlord cannot be held liable for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi hotspot. Please note that the parking space is a double parking spot. <br>Your car must not be longer than 5 metres or taller than 1.50 metres.<br>There is also a parking space in the courtyard—this is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.<br><br>We wish you a relaxing holiday!<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> Here you can see the Seemeile house.<br><br>The house has direct access to the pedestrian zone. <br><br>We rent a total of 5 holiday apartments here, accommodating up to 6 people.<br>All apartments are accessible by lift.<br><br>All apartments come with a parking space. Please note that your car must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 5 metres in length and 1.50 metres in height.

Eine schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Den dazugehörige Parkplatz (Tiefgarage ) ist nicht so angenehm und für große Autos nicht geeignet. Auf Anfrage gibt es jedoch die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf einem Außenparkplatz abzustellen

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung. Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden, welches man nicht immer vorfindet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein schöner großer Balkon mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen.
