Wohnung Helios im Herzen von Büsum

Welcome to this light-filled penthouse!

You’ll want for nothing here. From the parking spot in the underground garage, an lift takes you directly to your apartment on the second floor. From the hallway, you enter directly into the cosy living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area. The living room features a stereo receiver with two speakers and a CD player, which is provided by the owner on a non-binding basis.
There are two bedrooms: one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed (full-length topper) and one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed (separate mattresses). One bedroom also has an extra TV
and the other has a radio with a CD player (provided on a non-binding basis).

The bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom.

The balcony is a large rooftop terrace that’s perfect for relaxing.

Please note that the underground car park has a maximum height of 2 metres.
