The semi-detached home features three bedrooms spread across three floors. The bedroom on the second floor is located in an open loft. In addition to high-quality designer furniture and state-of-the-art technology—such as high-speed Wi-Fi, an energy-efficient ventilation system, and smart TVs—the entire property features underfloor heating. The elegant shutters perfectly frame the triple-pane windows.

The stove is for decorative purposes only and is not intended for use.

The vacation home features two fully equipped kitchens, each with a dishwasher. The luxurious bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower, heated towel racks, and a hair dryer.
Other highlights include the freestanding bathtub on the upper floor and the communal sauna barrel in the garden.
