Moin tolle Wohnung im 4 Stock so das man über den Deich schauen kann. Ab ca. 15 Sonne auf dem Balkon sehr Windgeschützt. Ca 5 min zum Deich und Ca 10 min zum Hafen. Gegenüber gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Edeka. Alles gut zufuss zu erreichen .

Eine tolle moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick- Fernglas nicht vergessen.Das Hochhaus versprüht den Charme der 60er, ist aber top gepflegt,sehr ruhig mit netten,hilfsbereiten Mitbewohnern.Ich habe mich als allein reisende Frau sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.Wenn man die Etagentür aufschließt betritt man eine andere Welt.Internet läuft über Hotspot, war für mich neu,klappte aber prima und die Leistung reichte auch zum Streamen auf dem Tablet.Aber eigentlich braucht man weder Fernseher noch Internet bei dem Ausblick-ein Träumchen!!! Bäcker und Edeka gegenüber, ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür.Ich hab schon wieder gebucht.

Eine sehr schöne, modern und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Weitblick. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber tip top sauber wie alles in der Wohnung. Sehr guter Service durch AVC Vermietungen. Geht nicht, gibt's nicht. Klare Empfehlung für zukünftige Büsumurlaube.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und das Boxspringbett war super gemütlich. Die Lage ist Super und man kann eine wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon aus aufs Meer genießen . Wir kommen gerne wieder.
