Surrounded by farmland, crops and farm animals (cattle, horses, donkeys , mules) in neighboring fields. You may see deer, wild turkeys, hear a coyote, spot a bear or bobcat.
• We do not have any pets. Occasionally, a neighboring cat or dog may wander by. We are not responsible for actions of any animals that may wander onto the property.
**No power outage worries with our whole house Generac generator. This will kick on automatically if a power outage occurs.**

We are a married couple who were born and raised here in this area. We are semi-retired and enjoy meeting people. Clay is a US Army veteran with a background in construction. Maria has been a lifelong accountant and now is a licensed insurance and retirement advisor.

We grew up here. This farm has been in Maria’s family since 1877.

What makes this property unique

We have a 7 foot tall Adirondack chair that is great for photo ops — The MAMMOTH Bear Wallow Chair 2.0! We are away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough to anything you want to do. Very quiet and peaceful. Sit under the stars , around the FirePit, and enjoy grilling out under a covered grilling area. Whimsical and unique decor is sure to delight. We offer many amenities you don’t normally find at other locations.
