Villa Felice is a lakeside villa portion located in San Felice del Benaco on Lake Garda. The spacious apartment accommodates up to eight guests. Situated on the ground floor, it is surrounded by a beautiful private garden and a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs, swing, and barbecue—perfect for enjoying wonderful lake views.



Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a living area with a sofa bed. The sleeping area features three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a French bed and a single bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower cabins.



The property includes a basement with two bicycles of various sizes and beach loungers, available for use during your stay. Recycling guidelines are provided. A crib and high chair are available on request. Additional amenities include internet, TV, washing machine, and heating. Towels and bed linens are provided only on request, for an extra fee. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.

Ein geräumiges Haus in bester Lage direkt am See.

Pros: Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Optisch ansprechend. Cons: Die Betten sollten wirklich mal erneuert werden.

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf den Gardasee ist toll

Pros: Die ruhige Lage der tolle Blick von der Terrasse auf den See. Cons: Die Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nicht. In einem Zimmer konnten wir das Rollo nicht bewegen. Das große Schiebefenster zur Terrasse dort war das Mückengitter defekt. dann hat der Besitzer einen Blumenrandgitter an der Terrasse angebracht das würde ich sofort abreißen. Das beste an der Wohnung ist eben die Aussicht.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Direkt am See, mit einem super Ausblick von der großen Terrasse. Im Haus befinden sich zwei Wohnungen, die andere scheint aber kaum genutzt zu werden, vermutlich vom Eigentümer. Beide haben separate Eingänge und Terrassen. Im Haus ist einiges an Instandhaltungen und Reparaturen überfällig, es war aber ohne große Einschränkungen nutzbar. Die Lage entschädigt dafür allemal und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ok. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Für Hunde optimal. Eingezäuntes Grundstück, See direkt neben dem Haus. Cons: Haus etwas abseits vom "Schuss".

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unsere Ferien waren traumhaft, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat. Unseres Ferienhaus war fast perfekt. Direkt am Gardasee. Was will man mehr. Lediglich die Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. In einem Weinland nur ein Weinglas. Da war sehr schade. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.
