Spend your days relaxing along side the heated saltwater pool with a waterfall for cool ambient sound. The patio is enclosed in a Lanai with mature Bamboo trees screening the rear for privacy. Built in 2019, this open floor plan home features a master bedroom with a king size bed, large walk-in shower, two additional charming bedrooms, a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our home features an open-concept layout with a spacious great room, comfortable leather seating, a 70-inch Smart TV, and high speed internet.

If you love cooking or baking, this fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a large island, a coffee bar with an espresso maker, Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven, and Kitchen aid mixer making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests.

The thoughtfully designed split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy for everyone. The primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a Smart TV. A second full bathroom is conveniently located near the guest rooms.

Step outside and discover your own private backyard oasis. The screened, heated 30-foot pool is available year-round and features a waterfall and a jet bench at the deep end, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six on the patio, plus an additional intimate table for two under the evening lights. The pool area also features a 65-inch Smart TV, allowing you to catch the game or enjoy a movie while lounging poolside.

Gather family and friends for a game of cornhole or ladder ball in the backyard, fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal, or simply unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the soothing sound of the illuminated waterfall. Bamboo landscaping provides additional privacy, creating a peaceful retreat.

The location is hard to beat. Two excellent golf courses and tennis facilities are within a five-minute drive, while the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Riverwalk are just a short walk away. Additional Information

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, guests will be asked to complete a rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID before check-in, consistent with Vrbo's policy for software-connected hosts. A refundable security hold will be placed on the payment card prior to arrival.

For security purposes, exterior cameras maintain the monitoring. There are Ring cameras at the door, driveway, and pool equipment area. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring guest living spaces.

Please note: Winter rentals are available by calendar month only.

Guest limit over night is 6, during the day with an additional 6 during the day. No parties, gatherings or events.

Other things to note

Pool heat is automatic and is heated year round. There are no controls for the guests to change except for turning on the waterfall, lights and spa shelf jets if they wish. Minimum age to rent: 25

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, (with the exception of the garage and 1 closet). Your access includes the screened pool area, backyard, and storage shed, where you'll find games, pool floats, and beach gear. Please note that the garage and one closet in the master bedroom is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
