All rooms are equipped with HD TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, and bed linens and towels are provided. The apartment is accessible via its own separate entrance. A lockable bike garage with charging stations for e-bikes is available. The Lokschuppen is located right next to forest trails and bike paths, just a few minutes from the centre of Stadtlohn. No parties, events, bachelor/hen nights, or similar celebrations are permitted.

The holiday rental will be handed over by the landlord in a neat and clean condition with all furnishings and equipment included. Should any defects exist or arise during the rental period, the landlord must be notified immediately. The tenant is liable for any damage caused by them to the rental property, the furnishings, and the common areas, e.g., broken dishes, damage to the floor, or to the furniture. This also includes the costs for lost keys (lock system).

The furnishings must be treated with care and respect and are intended for use only within the holiday apartments. The tenant is also liable for the actions of his or her travelling companions. Damage caused by force majeure is excluded from this provision. In the event of use of the holiday rental in violation of the contract—such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace, etc.—as well as in the event of failure to pay the full rental price, the contract may be terminated without notice. Any rent already paid shall be retained by the landlord.

If third-party insurance is in place, the damage must be reported to the insurance company. The landlord must be provided with the name, address, and policy number of the insurance company.
