This 80-square-meter first-floor apartment with a south-facing balcony features a cosy living room with an open-concept kitchen.
The spacious sofa set invites you to enjoy a cosy evening in front of the large flat-screen TV with Full HD, DVB-S TV, and Internet TV; the CD player and stereo system are also perfect for this.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. A safe is provided for your valuables.
Two double bedrooms offer plenty of space and comfort.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters; those facing south are electrically operated.
In the modern kitchenette, you’ll find everything you need, from a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, espresso and coffee makers, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker, all the way to plenty of cookware, tableware, and glasses.
The bathroom features a spacious shower with a rain showerhead and handheld showerhead, a bathtub, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. The toilet is separate. A sauna is also available in the house.
