Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and relax in our modern holiday home, which is equipped with many amenities such as an outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, a barbecue grill, and an electric vehicle charging station.
The private garden with a terrace is perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors and, thanks to the fence, offers families with children a safe and secure play area.

An 8-minute bike ride takes you to Rothsee, a natural paradise ideal for swimming, sailing, fishing, surfing, biking, or simply unwinding.

--The Accommodation--
The holiday home features 2 bedrooms, 1 open-concept kitchen-living room with a dining area and a small workspace, 1 small living room with a fireplace and TV, and 1 bathroom with a shower and window.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for heating or cooling.
The living areas feature many large windows, providing plenty of light and great views.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
The bedrooms feature blackout curtains, a TV in each room, and high-quality slatted frames and mattresses.
There is a 180-cm double bed, a bunk bed for adults, and a sleeper chair.
There is a terrace with a barbecue area and furniture, as well as a garden for playing and relaxing.
For your added enjoyment, you’ll find an outdoor sauna with a relaxation room.
We also provide a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer free of charge.

There’s a key safe at the house, so check-in is hassle-free and flexible.
A free parking spot with an electric charging station (optional) is available at the house.
