Very comfortable home located on a private lot inside the Hacienda Iguana

Located in the beautiful Hacienda Iguana with restaurants, stores, a golf course, driving range, pickle ball courts and the two world class surf breaks,Colorados and Panga Drops. The house is very comfortable featuring all teak wood doors, windows and kitchen cabinetry. There is a large palapa with hammock, outdoor bamboo shower and covered parking. Arrangements can be made to have the house catered with food and drink. Also also a local cook can make meals.Boat trips for
surfing and fishing are available. Horses are also available for riding around the development or touring the local area.
