This spacious townhome provides a comfortable, practical retreat that puts your group close to all the action without the luxury price tag. With direct access to scenic walking trails right behind the property and excellent resort amenities just steps away, it serves as the perfect home base for a memorable family vacation or a group getaway in any season.

Living Space
The open-concept living area provides a welcoming place to gather and unwind after a full day of outdoor adventures. Guests can sink into the comfortable seating to watch the flat-screen cable TV, enjoy the abundant natural light, or cozy up by the gas and wood-burning fireplaces on chilly mountain evenings. A dedicated workspace and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi are also included, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

Nestled in the heart of the Canyons village side of Park City Mountain Resort, the property sits in an unbeatable mountain location. You are just an 8-minute walk from the Canyons Village ski lifts and 5 minutes from the Cabriolet gondola, or you can hop on the FREE, on-demand Canyons Village Connect shuttle for a short ride right to the Canyons base area, and direct access to the Sunrise and Red Pine gondolas and the Orange Bubble Express lift up the mountain. The townhome is also steps away from multiple FREE Park City Transit bus stops, giving you effortless access to historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and Utah Olympic Park without needing a car.

Kitchen and Dining
Meal preparation is simple in the fully equipped kitchen, which features modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and all the cooking essentials you need. Whether you are prepping a quick breakfast before hitting the ski lifts or gathering the group around the dining table for a full family dinner, the kitchen is well-stocked to handle all your dining needs.

Sleeping Arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is designed for restful nights after active days in the mountains, featuring plush bedding, extra pillows, and flat-screen TVs with cable service. The layout includes a private king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom to comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Four full bathrooms ensure that mornings remain completely stress-free for larger groups.

If you are visiting during the summer, you can also take advantage of the community tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts located right on the property, as well as a second swimming pool.

Parking: Dedicated carport parking for 2 vehicles (1 covered, 1 uncovered).

Essential Clubhouse and Property Rules
To ensure a seamless stay, please keep these important community guidelines in mind:

-Important Seasonal Closures: The community clubhouse (including the two pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and sauna) is closed for annual maintenance from the day after Labor Day until Thanksgiving.

-Summer Comfort: Like many traditional mountain homes in Park City, this unit does NOT have air conditioning for summer rentals.

-Pool Access: A physical pool pass (provided in the unit) is strictly required for entry. The maximum clubhouse limit is 10 guests per unit. Please bring towels from the townhouse.

-Clubhouse Rules: Absolutely NO glass, NO alcohol, and NO smoking/vaping allowed in the recreation areas. Children must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
