Welcome to your perfect Los Angeles getaway — a beautiful, stylish home in the desirable Los Feliz / Atwater Village area, close to some of L.A.’s most loved attractions, including Griffith Park, the Los Angeles Zoo, Griffith Observatory, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, and iconic sightseeing destinations.



This gorgeous 3-bedroom home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable stays. The sleeping arrangements are flexible and spacious, featuring one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two twin-size beds. The home also includes two single sofa chairs that open into single beds, plus a private pool house with a sofa that opens into a king-size bed — perfect for families, groups, or guests who want extra space.



The living room is warm, elegant, and beautifully designed with modern furniture, a large TV, a fireplace, and plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Los Angeles. The open-concept kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space for cooking, dining, gathering, and enjoying time together.



Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor retreat. The backyard features a beautiful pool, a fire pit, and plenty of space to relax under the California sky. There is also a lovely terrace with a sitting area and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks. The pool house adds even more fun, with a pool table and additional sleeping space.



The location is one of the best parts of this home. Guests are close to Griffith Park, one of Los Angeles’ most famous outdoor destinations, known for hiking, nature, scenic views, family attractions, and iconic L.A. experiences. Griffith Park is home to major attractions including Griffith Observatory, the Los Angeles Zoo, Travel Town, the Greek Theatre, and access to views of the Hollywood Sign. Guests can spend the day hiking, visiting museums, exploring family-friendly attractions, or enjoying a peaceful walk surrounded by nature.

Guests can use the whole premises inside and out.



I like to give my guests privacy, but I'm available whenever needed.



Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.



Pool cannot be heated as there is no heating system in place.



We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.



In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities.



Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.



Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
