Casa Cinco is an incredibly charming, authentic casa located in Loreto, Mexico - a historic fishing village on the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The casa has two master suites with exceptionally comfortable king-size beds. One is upstairs; one is downstairs and each is attached to full Mexican-tiled bathrooms. The full-size bedroom is upstairs and has an outside terrace.

Casa Cinco is part of Club El Palmar with 16 additional homes and a unique gated community surrounding a pool. Secure parking is available for your vehicle.

From Casa Cinco, you are only a 5-10 minute walk to any place you want to be in town including fine restaurants, taco stands, bars, grocery stores, fresh fruit stands, an ATM machine, internet cafes, a taxi stand, and shops with Mexican hand-crafted items.

The famous malecon (walkway by the Sea) is also only a 10-minute walk and is home to the local marina where you can fish from the pier, or hire a captain to escort you onto the Sea of Cortez for world-famous sport fishing, your favorite water sport or sightseeing.

Casa Cinco in Loreto is about 700 miles south of San Diego on Mexico Highway 1. It is very convenient to fly into Loreto due to its local airport (LTO).

Wonderful Private Casa in Village with Pool

While the casa is not on the malecon (only a short walk), it makes up for in private and quiet location with a pool. The casa was well maintained and offered all of our needs. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Oasis in the middle of Loreto!

Quiet, relaxing, clean, beautiful, easy to access all things. It really is a lovely little "neighborhood". Walking everywhere was totally fine. It was a lot quieter than staying close to the Malecon. The casa was comfortable and had everything we needed. You could just walk to the Ley for any little thing. Walking to the plaza for dinner, then a stroll on the Malecon after was one of the highlights of our trip.

A hidden gem.

My adult daughter and I spent a week in this delightful casa in Club el Parmar. The casa was just as shown in the photos, the beds extremely comfortable, the kitchen equipped to meet our needs (although we did not cook much). The property mgr responded immediately to our occasional requests. The pool was calming and cooling and the neighbours we met, who were also owners of their units, were very friendly and welcoming. An excellent stay!

Great Stay

Enjoyed my stay here very much! Home is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Located close to the pool, easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery store is very close. Comfortable beds and well-stocked. Highly recommend!

In Love with Loreto

Casa #5 was delightful…. It was just like the photos. Festive decor, the lofts were open and breezy, we never used the AC, and open windows were delightful. The pool was totally refreshing and super clean. We walked to restaurants that our host recommended, and they were wonderful. We’ll be back sooner than later.

Great location!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in early March 2024. Here are our pro's and con's of the residence. Pro's: The house is located in a secure, fenced compound along with about 17 other houses in an easily accessible part of Loreto. Pool area is right outside your front door. The house has a great backyard sitting area and a great upper floor deck off one of the upstairs bedrooms. We stayed in the main floor bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything that you'll need for your stay. Location is excellent. Grocery store is a 2 minute walk, and most restaurants and shops are within an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. Cons: The house is getting somewhat dated, but nothing that will affect your stay. I'm not sure how the water system works at the complex, but it seemed that the unit we were in supplied water to the unit next door, so we were annoyed with the non-stop sounds of the pump feeding them.their shower water every morning at 0600, and it is not a quiet pump.

A beautiful stay in Loreto

The property was well equipped and near the central area of town. We were to meet the property manager between 2-4, but when we arrived, she was at lunch. Her daughter came to take us to the property. When we arrived our designated parking spot was occupied. The daughter told us to park in front of the area and we were accosted by another occupant almost immediately telling us we couldn’t park there and when I suggested we were merely unloading, he shouted that we weren’t wanted there. Eventually we were able to park and we’re treated well by everyone else in the complex. I would recommend this property, definitely. Thanks for the great memories.

Need Heated Pool

Two very key elements are lacking at this villa that take it away from getting #1 rating: 1. The pool is not heated and it is so cold, we were unable to use it for the 27 days we were there. 2. The WiFi needed to be reset on a daily basis - sometimes three or four times in one day. One other suggestion is that the light over the kitchen sink is broken and makes the kitchen area very dark. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the communication with the property owner; however, the above #1 and #2 makes our likelihood of returning very low.

Charming, safe, and cozy casa

We are a family of 5 adults, including 2 couples. This space was a great size for us. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of amenities available for us. The casa is in a small gated area with about 20 homes, yet is right in Loreto, and is right next to a grocery store, and close to tons of restaurants and shops. We had difficulty with the check-in process as we had to pick up the key from a different location than the home and the property manager could not be found for around an hour. Luckily, her family came in to save the day. Communication with and ability to contact the property manager over the duration of our trip was not good and I hope this was a temporary situation as we were there for the Christmas holidays. Although there is room for improvement for the check-in and out process and support from the property manager, I would still stay here again as the home is lovely and the location was awesome. Thank you for having us!

Charming casa in Loreto

My wife and I with our 2 adult daughters and their husbands stayed in this charming casa in Loreto BCS. First of all, the city of Loreto is an amazing out of the way place to escape the wintery grasp of the midwest! Lots of excellent restaurants, lots of shops, great fishing and diving, and very friendly people. The casa is in a great location, literally 100yds from the supermarket, has a pool and the casa is back off from a busy street. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably stocked with cooking utensils. There is a washer/dryer located off the back patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Nice location and pretty grounds. The casa is very nice and the king bed is super comfortable. The pool is right outside the door and refreshing! People are friendly and the property manager was super responsive. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice Community

This house is very comfortable and has all the amenities you will need. The owner and property manager were very polite and responsive and check-in/check-out were very easy. The residents who live in this gated community are very friendly and the pool is fabulous! Grounds are kept very nice and it's just a short walk to the malecon and town center.

Charming, not very private

This is a charming cabana in a group of cabanas that all face a central courtyard and swimming pool. It's great if you want to meet people, but not great if you are looking for solitude. But it was well stocked, clean, comfortable bed, and the air conditioners are very powerful. Definitely leave them off while you are gone--only takes a minute to cool the place down.

Fabulous Gem in Loreto

Amazing property…..very secure, quiet(yes there are chickens and dogs in the neighborhood) and close to nearby Ley Express, El Pescador, Pan que Pan and numerous restaurants. Nice walk to the Plaza(or and easy 5 min taxi ride for 70 pesos!) The beds are so comfortable and water pressure in the showers was great! Kitchen is fully equipped and the 6 burner stove is terrific. Very comfortable leather sofa and chairs. There’s so much space inside and out…….definitely will come back to this hidden treasure!!

Nice casita close to town

Great location with an easy walk to town. Grocery store is almost next door. Very secure with a locked gate. Fairly quiet (a few barking dogs). Beds were very comfortable. The communication could be improved. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Loreto Rental!

Super comfy, clean and spacious property. The pool is a great place to meet casita owners and guests. We did not rent a car this year (this is our 2nd time here) as the location is perfect for grocery stores, the plaza, malecon, marina, restaurants, etc! Thank you Bill!
